• File Format: PDF (preferred), JPEG or TIFF at 300dpi minimum.

• Colour Mode: CMYK for accurate colour reproduction. RGB files may not print as expected.

• Resolution: 300dpi for sharp, professional results.

• Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides (e.g., an A5 flyer should be supplied at 154 x 216mm including bleed).

• Safe Zone: Keep text and logos at least 5mm from the trim edge to avoid accidental cropping.

• Fonts: Embed or outline all fonts to avoid substitutions.

• Images: Use high-resolution images - avoid screenshots or web images as they may print blurry.

• Orientation: Clearly specify portrait or landscape when uploading your artwork.

• Single or Double-Sided: Ensure both pages are included in one PDF file if double-sided.
