Yes. The notebook contains FSC-approved paper, sourced from responsibly managed forests.

To ensure your Albany Notebook & Pen Duo looks sharp and professional, please follow the guidelines below when supplying artwork. Correct artwork setup helps avoid delays and ensures the best possible finish on both the notebook and the pen.

Supplying Your Artwork

You can either:

• Upload print-ready artwork (recommended), or

• Upload your logo and any text and use our design support (included with new artwork setup)

Preferred File Types

• Best option: PDF (print-ready)

• Also accepted: AI / EPS (vector)

• Images/logos: PNG (high resolution) or SVG

For best quality, artwork should be supplied in vector format wherever possible.

Colour Setup

• For printed branding, supply artwork in CMYK

• If you've selected one-colour print, ensure the logo is provided as a single solid colour

• For full-colour print, gradients and multi-colour logos are fine

Please note: colours can look slightly different between screens and printed products, so we always provide a proof for approval.

Notebook Branding Area

Branding can be applied to front or back cover (please specify during ordering).

• Print area (digital print): 195 × 123mm

• Deboss area: 100 × 100mm

Important: Keep key text and logos comfortably inside the print area to avoid edges and curves of the cover.

Pen Branding Area

The pen is branded on the side of the barrel.

• Print / engrave area: 60 × 5mm

Because the pen branding area is narrow, we recommend:

• Simple logos

• Clear text

• Avoiding small straplines or fine details

Deboss Artwork Requirements (Notebook)

Debossing works best with clean, simple artwork.

• Supply artwork as solid black vector (no gradients or shading)

• Avoid very thin lines and small text

• Large, bold logos produce the best debossed finish

Engraving Artwork Requirements (Pen)

For engraving, provide:

• A clean vector logo where possible

• No gradients or photographic detail

• Avoid ultra-fine lines or very small text

Engraving creates a premium, permanent finish and is ideal for minimalist branding.

Proofing & Approval

• We will send a digital proof for approval before production

• Please check spelling, layout, logo position and sizing

• Production begins once the proof is approved
